Underwhelming Stay.
small bathroomheavy door
I had some issues . The bathroom was quite small . When you sat on the toilet , your right shoulder touched the wall , and your left touched the side of the shower. Also , the door to my room was heavy and difficult to open fully because of a cupboard , this was annoying every day.

The location was amazing. i could walk to the city center in just two minutes. the included breakfast buffet offered many different options. It was one of the best i have had.
Housekeeping came into my room unannounced while i was getting out of the shower. i complained to the front desk, asking them to stay out for the rest of my stay, but they came in again while i was out. they cleaned the room and moved my soiled clothes into my suitcase with my clean clothes. I felt violated by housekeeping.

the staff was friendly (i especially appreciated the driver).
housekeeping entered my room despite the do not disturb sign. they came in while i was getting out of the shower unannounced. later, after i complained, they entered again when i was out. they cleaned, handled my personal items, went through my suitcases, moved one, and put my soiled clothes in with my clean ones. i felt violated.

The breakfast buffet was rich with many choices and tasty. i appreciated the saltwater pool (it felt great on my skin). the hotel offered a transfer to and from the ferry port. This was very useful.
some aspects of the room were not cleaned properly upon arrival, specifically surfaces and tables were dusty.
